Refund Policy

At Scripture Creatures™ we create collectible trading cards designed for learning Scripture, encouraging families, and building a fun collecting experience. Because trading cards are collectible items and many of our future products will contain randomized contents, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy to protect the integrity of our products and our community.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Scripture Creatures™ are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products purchased through our website.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booster packs

  • Story sets

  • Individual trading cards

  • Limited edition cards

  • Promotional items

  • Bundles

  • Sealed boxes

  • Pre-orders

Because booster packs and sealed products contain randomized cards, allowing returns would compromise the fairness and integrity of the collecting experience. For this reason, we do not accept returns on opened or sealed products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a verified manufacturing defect, we want to review the issue and be as helpful as possible.

​

To qualify for review:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The original shipping packaging

    • Any visible defect

  • You must include your order number and full name.

​

Replacement items, if approved, are issued at our discretion and are limited to the same product originally purchased (if inventory is available). We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement is warranted.

3. Shipping Issues

Scripture Creatures™ is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but reported missing or stolen

​

If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. While we will assist where possible, we cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-related delivery issues.

4. Digital Products (Future)

All future digital products (including downloadable files, printable materials, PDFs, digital card sets, and other digital content) are non-refundable once delivered. Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.

5. Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are charged at the time of order. Because pre-orders help secure limited inventory and fund production, they are non-refundable unless production is canceled by Scripture Creatures™. In the event of a production cancellation initiated by us, customers will be notified and refunded.

6. Card Condition Disclaimer

Minor variations in centering, print alignment, color tone, or surface finish may occur during manufacturing. These natural variations do not qualify as defects. Trading cards are collectible items and may vary slightly in appearance.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about your order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

​

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Refusal of future purchases
